This full body strength and core class utilizes 1-3 lbs hand weights and optional ankle weights, providing another facet of training to the Ballet Beats program. We use our Ballet posture and technique to execute defining exercises set to powerful music.
Beats by Ballet Beats is a burst of continuous mood-boosting movement. Our accessible exercises combine Ballet with balance, core, and cardio movements. We will move from standing to mats and everywhere in between.
Barre by Ballet Beats is a full body workout, the perfect marriage of ballet and fitness. We use the barre to support us through basic ballet exercises done to energizing music with lots of familiar cardio and core movements sprinkled throughout. No dance experience required. Think Rebel Ballet.
